ACCOUNTABILITY :

This picture is from one of the neighbor's driveway on one of our projects.

The moving company of one of our ex tenants damaged the pavers. We got a call from a very annoyed (and rightly so) from our neighbors advising us that this had happened.

The way to deal with this is to simply acknowledge the hurt on the other side and offer a solution. And more importantly, to act fast.

We bought the necessary equipment and will install shortly and then complete the claim process against the moving company.

Be accountable. No matter what. It's one of the most important things in Life.
