Studint, a Montreal based Real Estate company is looking for a full time Rental coordinator to join its growing rental team.

As a rental coordinator, you will be in charge of matching tenants with the right properties and coordinating visits. It is a full time position, and a client facing role where you will coordinate between tenants and landlords. As a young company, we are looking for a talent who will have extraordinary communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with the world of real-estate. Experience in property management, rentals, or in a Sales/customer facing position is a plus. As a rental coordinator, you will play a very important role in our growing organisation - we are looking for a unique talent that will share our vision and contribute to making the rental process easier for both tenants and landlords.

Fixed salary of $15-$18 per hour depending on experience, plus attractive performance-based remuneration. There is a possibility of advancements within the company.

- Be knowledgeable about Studint’s inventory, and advertise it to potential customers
