✹ Things I wish every seller knew before listing their home


Selling isn’t just about putting a sign on the lawn and waiting for offers. The little details can make a BIG difference!

First impressions matter.
Buyers decide how they feel about your home within seconds. A clean, well-staged, and inviting home can mean more interest and stronger offers.

The first two weeks are everything.
This is when your listing gets the most attention. If your home isn’t generating buzz right away, it’s often a sign that something needs to change.

Pricing it right from day one is key.
Overpricing doesn’t leave “room to negotiate” it can actually scare buyers away and cause your home to sit on the market longer.

The highest offer isn’t always the best offer.
Price is only one piece of the puzzle. Financing, conditions, closing dates, and the buyer’s ability to close can all impact which offer is truly the strongest.

The biggest mistake? Hiring the wrong REALTORÂź.
