The idea originated from his association with special needs organizations; along with his knowledge, trade skills, and administrative abilities. Denis has apprenticed thousands of hours with carpenters, plumbers and other tradesman performing repairs to his families owned apartment buildings. He has also been employed and worked for several years as a general repair man for The Montreal Associatio

n for the Blind. Denis has acquired over twenty five years of experience working with tradesmen in the repair and renovation of commercial and residential properties. Denis has also volunteered a substantial amount of time in helping the elderly repair their dwellings.
