La plupart des gens ne regrettent pas Laval…
ils regrettent surtout de ne pas avoir bien compris le marché avant d’acheter 👀

Voici les 4 choses qui surprennent souvent les acheteurs :

1. Le vrai coût de la vie
Ce n’est pas juste l’hypothèque.
Taxes, copropriété, assurances et rénovations peuvent monter vite.
2. Le trafic et les déplacements
Selon le secteur, ça peut complètement changer ton quotidien.
3. Choisir le mauvais quartier
Chomedey, Sainte Dorothée, Laval-des-Rapides ou Fabreville = expériences totalement différentes.
4. Acheter sans stratégie
Ce qui semble “pas cher” aujourd’hui peut coûter beaucoup plus cher à long terme.
