Job Duties and responsibilities
β Uploading rentals to the company website operated through Wordpress as well as other platforms like Centris and Kijiji
β Fill and complete transaction files through the back office platform NexOne Office
β Send applications to applicants and conduct a background check and credit verification
for prospective tenants
β Draft leases, renewal and notice letters
β Schedule service and repair calls
β Open files at the Administrative Housing Tribunal and complete necessary documents
β Draft and send emails to landlords and tenants on a variety of cases (i.e., onboarding,
inquiries, complaints, etc)
β Draft management mandates and brokerage contracts
β Draft and send invoices
β File RL-31 slips
β Attend Condo Syndicate meetings
β Bookkeep expenses and quarterly reviews
β Update and compile contact lists
β Post job ads and conduct interviews
Our qualifications and requirements - You are:
β Bilingual - Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
β Driverβs license - Able to drive to the office, located in Montreal-West or to Syndicate
meetings in Montreal, Laval and the South Shore region
β Reliable & Responsible - Show up on time, be dependable by colleagues
β Professional - Communicate in a timely manner, be patient and respectful to customers,
tenants and landlords
β Honest - Communicate any errors or challenges
β Time management & Multitasking - Prioritize and complete tasks that are critical and
pressing
β Organization - Staying on top of tasks and
β Resourcefulness - Finding answers, solutions and being independent
β Team player β Willing to take initiative when needed and demonstrate a positive attitude
Preferred qualifications
β Have experience with Google Drive (Sheets and Doc)
β Have experience with creating graphics on platforms like Canva
