We’re looking for cleaners who understand that vacation rental turnovers require more than a basic clean — presentation, consistency, efficiency and attention to detail matter.

✨ What we’re looking for:

* Airbnb/STR turnover experience preferred
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and able to meet firm turnover timelines
* Comfortable with laundry, bed-making, restocking and staging
* Ability to follow property-specific cleaning checklists
* Strong communication
* Ability to identify and report damages or maintenance concerns
