97 American nurses have moved to Vancouver Island (31 to hospital alone) in the last year — with 87 more in the pipeline, thanks in part to the Nanaimo Infusion movement.

And that's not counting the 18 doctors, radiology techs, speech pathologists, and others.

This is a whole-community effort — HUNDREDS of volunteers and community members are involved. And it's working.
