Don't judge a home by its photos. 🏡

Some of the best opportunities are the ones that don't make the best first impression online.
A home with outdated finishes, old paint, or dated flooring can often be transformed over time. What you can't easily change is the location, lot size, layout, or neighbourhood.

That's why I always encourage buyers to look beyond the cosmetic details and focus on the home's long-term potential.

The "perfect" home isn't always the smartest purchase.
