While sales activity has softened slightly from the pace of 2025, pricing across Winnipeg and surrounding communities continues to remain strong—with detached home prices now averaging nearly $500,000.
What we’re seeing now is a shift toward a more informed market.

Ten years ago I opened my Coldwell Banker brokerage.
There have been moments along the way where I wasn’t sure how it would all come together-
long days behind the scenes, a lot of moving parts, and more than a few times where I had to just keep going and trust the process.
But there have also been so many good moments.
The relationships built.
The trust clients have placed in me.
The excitement of helping people move into what comes next.
Building this brokerage has been one of the most challenging—and most rewarding—things I’ve done.
To have it recognized as a Coldwell Banker Premier Office for six consecutive years is something I’m incredibly proud of…
but it’s really a reflection of the people who have been part of the journey.
Grateful for where it’s taken me so far—
