We’re proud to support this year’s Back to School Drive, coming to Milieu & Ballantyne, 1140 Wellington, 20 Monte Kwinter, Vogue Residences, The Towns on Danforth, The Manett, King William Residences, and Upper Wellington.

This resident event brings our communities together to help fill backpacks with the supplies students need to start the school year strong. The donations will support the Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) Foundation, Boys & Girls Club Toronto Kiwanis, and Good Shepherd.

At Fengate Communities, we believe in supporting initiatives that bring people together and give back to the communities we call home.

Meet the Birch: a two-bedroom, two-bath suite at The Towns on Danforth built for real family life.

The dining area gives you room for everyday meals, and the open living space means everyone has space to spread out. When you need some fresh air, head up to the building’s rooftop patio, a great spot to unwind together as a family.

The ice cream truck rolled into The Towns on Danforth, and the whole community came out.

Residents and their little ones stopped by for a scoop (or two), one of the ways we love bringing our TTOD community together throughout the summer.
