The Benjamin has officially broken ground in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District.

This 58-storey development at 355 Adelaide Street West will bring 528 new rental homes, including 10 affordable units, along with ground-floor retail and new pedestrian access from Adelaide Street to Oxley Street. The original Benjamin Brown building will be preserved, carrying the character of the former Garment District into the new community.

Residents will be steps from Toronto’s restaurants, theatres, and entertainment venues, with transit right outside. Amenities will include a coworking space, theatre, games room, pet wash, and a fitness and wellness centre on the 58th floor with 360-degree views of the city.

Developed in partnership with LiUNA and the Hi-Rise Group. First residents are expected in 2030.
