It all started at an early age. While my friends barely knew what the words “real estate” meant back then, I was mastering Monopoly and trying to charge my brother rent to occupy the tree fort. My Dad is a Realtor in Peterborough, so I sat in on many open houses handing out feature sheets. When I was a bit older, I started managing his i
ncome properties, collecting rents, and vetting tenants. It would seem as though I would follow in my successful father’s footsteps, and follow I did! I first worked as an administrative assistant with a busy residential team in Liberty Village. This experience allowed me to learn the ins and outs of the business, from paperwork to marketing strategies. After gaining valuable insights into the industry, I got my real estate license as soon as I could and decided to dive into the deep end of commercial real estate. I’m grateful for those decisions because it exposed me to all sides of the business, from administration and residential to commercial real estate. Despite my newfound knowledge, I felt that the commercial industry was a bit dated and it wasn’t the right environment for me to succeed. So, I jumped at the chance to help my clients with buying, selling, and leasing their properties with a brokerage that would support me in doing it all. It quickly became clear that connecting with people for their residential real estate needs was my calling and I soon found myself on one of the top-producing teams. This gave me the confidence and skills to make the process of upsizing as fun, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. As my family grew, the need for more space, a yard, and being around other growing families was a no brainer. We found the perfect side-split to fit all of us, my fiancé Justin, our son Titan, and dogs Nelly and Kuma. Recently, we’ve been on the hunt for our next home, the forever kind, to raise our family in. But, I’m very picky and nothing has come up yet. I trust the process and understand that when the timing is right, it will come. The experiences and transitions I have been through give me a real understanding of the aches and pains of having a growing family when your current home just no longer fits the bill. I’m passionate about helping families upsize their homes with as little stress as possible, even when they lead busy lives. By providing a seamless and efficient process, I aim to find the perfect new space for each family. And I can help you do the same! ENYA PASTIRIK

REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT/BUYERS AGENT
Toronto runs in my blood, having been born and briefly raised on the Danforth. I guess you could say I was born with a hard hat and tool belt! As a kid, I loved running through the wood beams of my parents’ construction site, watching their once-dreamy drawings come to life. It was like seeing magic happen right before my eyes, and I knew from that moment on that I wanted to be involved in real estate. So, after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business from Brock University and realizing that the corporate world was not for me, I didn’t waste any time and dove right into getting my real estate license. After living in eight different cities over the past two years (I sure know how to move!). And now, back in the GTA, where it all began. I’ve learned that the hustle and bustle of the big city is where I thrive. I’m a go-getter with a quick wit and an eagerness to tackle any challenge. I’m a listener more than a talker and I think my ability to listen allows me to really connect with my clients – I hear you when you forget to say it kind of relationships. I think it’s critical to understand your clients well enough that they trust you to advise them on the biggest purchase of their lives. And let’s get personal for a moment: I currently live in Oakville with my boyfriend Nick, and let me tell you, we’re both extremely competitive. Whether it’s a game of Scrabble or a race to the car, we don’t mess around. When I’m not busy with work or beating Nick at something, you can usually find me practicing yoga or soaking up the sun outside. After all, a little vitamin D is good for the soul!
