HOW DO YOU KNOW IF ITS "THE ONE"? 🏘️

Choosing the right home can feel exciting and overwhelming all at the same time.
You can mitigate some of the overwhelm by remembering these important principles when shopping for real estate!

🏠Tip #1: Figure out your must haves. Write it down to ABSOLUTE MUST to DESIRE. Then write it out three more times. Really take your time to prioritize NEEDS vs. WANTS

🏠 Tip #2: Don't rule out a house right away - think about remodelling! Many homes you will look at may not be in the best condition, but think about the potential of the house. There are many easy fix-ups such as adding new light fixtures and painting that can turn your house into the perfect home

🏠 Tip #3: LOCATION! Location is important. Check the surrounding area of the home. Drive around the 2 mile radius to see what is around your home. Make sure it is in an area you feel comfortable with
