We recently finished a renovation in the DeWinton area. Our scope of work included a new kitchen, back entrance lockers and updating the fireplace surround. The property owners had a great vision of what they wanted and the end product looks fantastic!

We have started a new 4-plex project on 5th Ave SE in High River. It is always exciting to dig the hole and start going up! This purpose built rental building should be ready for 4 families in March 2024!

Our 2 new 4-Plexes are coming along well! They are are the exact same model and just a few doors down from each other on 8th Ave SE in High River

Each building will have 3 units with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The other unit unit has 2 large bedrooms each with their own en suite.

Expected occupancy is March and May.
