Harry Potter Cookies Recipe:
🔸Dry Ingredients:
1 cup + 3 Tbsp APF
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Cornstarch
1 Cup chocolate chips

🔹Wet Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter melted
1 Lg Egg room temp
1 Cup Light Br. Sugar packed
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Harry Potter Butterbeer Extract (Clubhouse Brand)

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, whisk and set aside.
Melt butter and set aside (30 seconds approx)
Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet, incorporate chocolate chips.
Scoop onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins.
Remove from oven and top with flaky sea salt.
Cool + Enjoy⚡️.

Baba’s Zucchini Cookies Recipe: 🔸Dry Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups APF, 1 Tsp Baking Soda, 3/4 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Cinnamon, I cup Dark Brown Sugar (packed), 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar, 3 Cups OF Rolled Oats, 2 Cups Chocolate Chips. * 🔹Wet Ingredients: 1 cup Unsalted Butter (room temp), 2 Eggs (Room temp), 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 Cup Shredded Zucchini (1 small zucchini) * Do NOT peel! **Tips: cream butter & Sugars for 3-5 minutes. **zucchini needs to be blotted before incorporating. **Recipe makes approx. 30 cookies 🍪
