We are looking for full-time Crew member to perform a variety of lawn and landscape functions, operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specific tasks in the spring/summer/fall and snow clearing duties in the winter. The position is not suitable for a student.

Perform manual duties to maintain landscaped environments including but not limited to mowing and raking lawns, weeding gardens and pruning trees and shrubs

Assist in the construction of landscapes including but not limited to spreading top soil, laying sod and planting flowers, grass, shrubs and trees.

Operate a variety of hand tools and equipment including but not limited to riding mowers, walk behind mowers, push mowers and a variety of power and non-powered hand tools

Load and unload tools and equipment and materials required to complete landscaping projects.

Must be able to follow directions, work in various weather conditions, including extreme cold temperatures, work as an individual or in a team setting.

Provide leadership to team members.

Day to day guidance, support, motivation and engagement.

Requirements:
Work in various weather conditions; heat, humidity, rain, etc.
Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an entire work shift
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to shovel snow and plow for 8-12 hours and complete work in a timely manner.
Ability to lead and direct a team
Effectively communicate in English
Ability to walk, stand, crouch and carryout physically strenuous tasks for extended periods of time throughout the work shift
Time management skills
Must have a valid G driver’s license.
Must have 2-3 year experience driving a pick up truck with trailer.
Must have 2-3 year experience operating a plow on a pick up truck.
Actual behind-the-wheel trailering experience required.

• Cleaning of restrooms, activity rooms and common areas
• Vacuum and wash all hard surface floors
• Clean light fixtures, baseboards and windowsills
• Clean/dust under and behind moveable furniture and decorative items (light lifting required)
• Provide customer service and quality control
• Report/resolve any customer issues before leaving units.
