Greely or Manotick?

They're only about 10 minutes apart, but choosing between them isn't really about which community is "better."

It's about how you want to live.

🌳 Greely — larger properties, privacy, custom homes and that country-estate feeling.

🌊 Manotick — village character, restaurants and cafés, the Rideau River and more amenities close to home.

I just finished a full comparison covering homes, lifestyle, commuting, schools, shopping, recreation.......plus a few things military families posted to Ottawa should consider.

My take?

Space + privacy → Greely
Village + river lifestyle → Manotick
