I have them up for $140 a piece - currently the cheapest in the section on Seat Geek, which is where I am selling them.

Section 536 - seats 9-16.

The A’s aren’t great so you will probably see a Blue Jays win too.

The gist of November.

Amount of sales are WAY down compared to last November. Like 43%.

The average sale price is only down by 2.5%

Why do you care?

Well if you are looking to buy a house or sell the one you have there are definitely pros and cons.

If you are looking to sell, you will need some patience because houses are now on the market longer and they aren't selling in an hour anymore - BUT you are still looking at getting a similar price to what you would have a year ago.

If you are looking to buy, you have freedom to pick and choose and go shopping! But you may be looking at a higher price considering the interest rate.

In the end it all depends on your goals, there really is no right time to buy or sell a home. Whenever you are ready to do it is the perfect time.
