There is a misconception that "sales" happen in the meeting room or a single phone call.
In my experience, sales happen at 7:00 AM when you’re building your prospect list. It happens in the 5th follow-up email when everyone else gave up at the 2nd. It happens when you pick up the phone to deliver bad news quickly, so you can fix it faster.
I pride myself on a simple philosophy: Control the controllables.
I can’t control the interest rates. I can’t control the market inventory. But I can control my activity, my attitude, and my follow-through.
And in any market, up or down, activity breeds results!
