UPDATE June 17 -
As of today, there are two units in the Regina building for sale - #704 (2 beds / 2 baths) and #401 (3 beds/2 baths) and are priced at $369900 and $379000 respectively.

Since May 1, 2022, there have been 8 sales in Poulin, and 5 in Regina, all either very close to or above asking prices!!

This indicates that, generally speaking, while the market is levelling off slightly across the city and residential homes, our condo is maintaining its value, integrity and reputation as being a well managed and cared for place to live!
