On-site Consultation Beginning with an onsite consultation, we will walk with you through your property, analyzing all over from a buyer’s perspective and then implement an action plan to make your house aesthetically pleasing. At the end of the consultation, once reviewed, a comprehensive list of recommendations will be provided which may include cleaning, de-cluttering, minor-repairs etc. in the order of a priority basis. Colour Consultation Altering the paint colour in your home can be challenging depending on your personal preference. Changing the paint colour is an inexpensive way to make the most impact in a space and can make all the difference. With so many options available, we are here to help you whether you are choosing a colour palette for your own personal home or for selling a home. Our goal is to guide you in the right direction because the decision on what will work best in the space will be an important one. Based on your needs and preferences, we will work with you to find options for colours that will work beautifully in your space, or be neutral and eye catching enough and appealing to most home buyers. ​Staging Occupied Homes When you’re still living in your home, it’s not easy to remain objective and make changes with a potential buyer in mind. We’ll take a tour of your house to discuss your priorities. We can then make recommendations on where to place your existing items and what types of furniture or accessories you may wish to add. Even if a home has beautiful architectural details, it is hard to become emotionally attached to an empty space. When you aren’t there to sell it, your home needs to be able to speak for itself. Showcasing Showcasing is the final and most crucial staging process. Our team will stage your home showcasing it to its fullest potential using your existing furniture and accessories. Showcasing involves a design plan to successfully capture the interest of buyers and a great alternative when there are budgetary restrictions. There is more value to a potential buyer when they view a property that is not only attractive but appeals to them as a home that they can easily envision themselves living in. Furniture, lighting, art and accessories will be provided from our own inventory and rental, for which a monthly rental fee will be charged. Customized Window Shades & Installation Our distinctive shades make a statement, from the revolutionary sheer shade which adds personality to any room to black-out blinds. These unique shades are made with two pieces of fabric, which both have alternating panels/bands. All blinds comes with colour coordinated hardware in various colours and are installed free.
