Quick market update from me 👇
Activity is starting to pick up month-over-month, while prices remain lower than last year.
At the same time:
➡️ Inventory is still elevated
➡️ But new listings are slowing in some areas
➡️ Buyers still have room to negotiate (for now)
I’m seeing this firsthand with my clients:
• More buyers — especially first-time buyers — are re-entering
• Some who couldn’t qualify before are now in a better position
Overall, the market is in transition:
Demand is increasing, and while supply is still high, conditions may start to tighten over time.
