Excited to be able to use local flowers in our welcome bouquets again!! Nothing beats the smell of fresh cut locally grown flowers. The whole apartment smelled like peonies within 15 mins ❤️ 🌸

And of course Bob 🐈‍⬛ had to inspect them before heading to the tenants house 🏡

That’s right! We’re looking to expand our Team!

At Sharp Property Management, we pride ourselves on exceptional service to both our clients and our tenants. To maintain both of these as we continue to grow, I am looking to hire an assistant to help with various duties and tasks.

Some of these duties include:

- Replying to tenant inquires
- Contacting contractors to schedule maintenance repairs
- Staging vacant units to create videos and photos
- Creating and posting ads
- Replying to potential tenants to schedule viewings
- Creating rent receipts

We are looking for someone who can work, days with some evenings and weekend. Most of the work is daytime, but during busy season with showings evening and weekend work will be required.
Hours of work will be 20-25/week with the potential for more as we continue to grow.

Had a great little helper today as we did the final clean on a house. But the best part, a few minutes he looks up with the most serious look, “I’m getting paid for this right Mommy?” 🤦‍♀️

Every day presents a new set of challenges when completing upgrades or renovations. We’re always needing to find the balance between the budget with construction and design. One of my favourite parts of my job is the challenge of turning what should draw away from the design into the feature of the space.

This textured ceiling needed some repair work leaving us with a large section of smooth drywall along the original textured ceiling. Re-drywalling simply wasn’t in the budget for this house. So after a few days of inspirational research, I decided to add wood accents to draw the eye into the center of the room away from the edges. The colour of the accent pieces is the same as the kitchen cabinets tying the whole house together.

A huge thank you to my client for trusting me with the design on this room.
Now to welcome the new tenants to enjoy the space.

This kitchen is going to be a show stopper!! 🛑 😳 It will complement the fabulous new floors and paint completed by Steve Tully’s team.
I cannot wait to see it all come together.

It’s sometimes the small changes that make a huge difference. The only change was the one wall colour, cleaning and some staging. NEVER underestimate the impact of staging 😉

The Lions Club of Lakefield did a great job organizing the Santa Clause Parade today. The turnout from the community was so nice to see!
