Je suis JF (mâle de 46 ans, célibataire et bientôt pleinement vacciné) locataire depuis plus de 20 ans ici et propose à nouveau ce « pied-à-terre » situé au 2e étage d’un duplex, avec les propriétaires au rez-de-chaussée. La 561B est une belle grande chambre privée (16’x12’) dans un grand logement (5¾) loué depuis 2001. FAQ
Disponible, dès maintenant (mai/juin/juillet 2021) pour minimum 1 (un) mois, à max 3 (trois) mois d’abord. Ensuite, si vous apprécié votre séjours, une autre option s’offre à vous, soit une 2e chambre : le 561 « C » sera disponible (été 2021), jusqu’à 2022, 2023, 2024+ ??? Selon condition de bonne colocation bien sûr, l’arrivée d’autres « colocs » éventuels (août 2021) et selon l’évolution du déconfinement, etc. DÉTAILS
Pour l’instant donc le 561 « B » est une grande pièce (approx. 200 pi.carré), soit une chambre à « sous-louer » pour une seule personne, sans animaux, dans un logement à partager avec moi. JF : sympathique Aubergiste depuis 1995, mais aussi Artiste à temps partiel, Livreur cycliste, Quincaillier homme-à-tout-faire, etc. Vous : Idéal pour une personne seule aux études, qui cherche à s’installer à Montréal graduellement ou qui est simplement de passage pour une saison ou deux. Tout est en option dans l’offre, inclus au même prix : meublé ou pas. Ça reste une pièce privée avec porte isolée, loquet intérieur et serrure à clé, l’option d’un lit double, simple, gonflable ou juste un tapis de yoga :-) Il y a en masse d’oreillers, de coussins, un ventilateur, un sofa-lit, l’option de petites ou grandes tables, une bonne penderie avec pleins de tablettes et autres meubles de rangement… ou rien, à vous de choisir. NOTEZ : il n’y a pas d’air climatiseur, mais un unité mobile peut s’y installer à vos frais. BREF
Ça reste une pièces très lumineuse sur plancher de bois franc, elle est assurée et l’électricité est incluse, donc l’eau chaude, le Wi-Fi haute-vitesse, l’accès au salon avec téléviseur (opt. multimedia à vos frais). Aussi un 2e sofa-lit, une cuisine pleinement équipée avec frigo/congélateur, four/cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetières, grilles-pains, recyclage, compostage et amplement d’armoires propres. Le logement a une superficie totale de près de 1 200 pi. carré et compte 2 toilettes (dont 1 bain/douche) un petit balcon meublé et de l’espace de stationnement pour vélos. Le stationnement pour voitures est possible sur les rues avoisinantes ou une vignette de résident (directement devant le logement) pourrait s’organiser. NOTEZ : Il n’y a pas de ligne téléphonique (dite dure) d’activé et pour le moment pas de laveuse/sécheuse sur place, mais une buanderie est tout près. Superb Lodging in a cozy apartment in the heart of Outremont. Because it is « spectacularly located » in the historic rich heart of Outremont, close to the mountain, as well as : metros, bus, taxis, Bixis, groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, terrasses, theaters and of course the Mile-End, the Plateau, Downtown, etc. It’s what I unofficially call the 561 « B ». ME
I’m JF : 46 years male (french-canadian), soon to be fully vaccinated, renter here for over 20 years. And proposing, once again, this lovely space located on the 2nd floor of a duplex, with the nice owners living underneath on the 1st floors. It is a simple large private room (12’x16’) in a big apartment (5¾) renter here since 2001. OTHER FAQ
Available now (May/June/July 2021) for a minimum of 1 (one) month, to an approximate 3 (three) months to start with. Afterwards, another option will be available if you enjoy your stay here, another room, smaller and cheaper (let’s call it the the 561 « C ») will also become available (summer 2021), until 2022, 2023, 2024+ ??? Depending of course on the good evolution of events in regards to the end of the pandemic, and eventual arrival of other guests (august 2021). OTHER DETAILS
So for now the 561 « B » is a large room (approx. 200 sq. feet), a « sub-lease » for one person, with no pets, in a big apartment with me. JF : sympathetic « Tour guide » since 1995, but mostly a par-time comedian, cyclist delivery man, hardware and all around multitasker. You: it’s ideal for a single person student, looking to settle in Montréal or just passing through for the summer. FLEXIBLE
Everything is optional for the same price : with or without furnishing. A private room with an isolated door with inside lock and lockable door, the option of a double, single, inflatable or just a yoga mat :-) Sufficient pillows, cushions, a fan, a sofa-bed, the option of big or small tables, a good wardrobe and plenty of shelves and backup furniture options… or nothing, it’s your choice. NOTE : there is no air conditioning, but a mobile unit can be installed at your discretion. SAFE AND DEPENDABLE
It remains a very luminous room with hardwood flooring, insurance and electricity included, so hot water, high-speed Wi-Fi. As well as access to the living-room with TV (opt. multimedia at your discretion), a 2nd sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, full oven, microwave, coffeemakers, dishwasher, toasters, recycling, composting and plenty of clean cupboards. The apartment is almost 1 200 sq. feet in total, with exceptionally, 2 toilets (one with fa full shower/bath tub) and a small furnished balcony and space for bicycle parking. As for car parking, it is possible in the surrounding streets, or eventually in front the apartment with a special local parking tag. NOTE : There is no fixed telephone line activated, and for now, no washer/dryer on site. But a laundromat is very close-by.
