📊 July 2026 Housing Market Update – Northumberland County

The Central Lakes Association of REALTORS® (CLAR) has released its July 2026 Housing Market Report, showing the local market shifted to a more moderate pace while remaining balanced.

🏡 Northumberland County by the numbers:
• 144 homes sold in July, down 5.3% from June
• Average sale price: $721,450, up 6.5% month over month
• 380 new listings came to market
• Homes sold in an average of 48 days

Across the CLAR Region, inventory levels remained healthy, giving buyers more choice while market conditions continued to vary by community.

As CLAR President Christine Riley noted, understanding local market trends is key to making informed real estate decisions. Whether you're buying, selling, or simply keeping an eye on the market, working with a REALTOR® can help you navigate today's conditions with confidence.
