Here is our market pupdate for February 2026! We saw more of a balanced market as sales were down slightly, while listings were up which presents buyers with more selection. Homes are still moving quickly which is great for sellers looking to make a move. We should see an uptick in listings and sales activity in the months to come as we enter the Spring market.

Behold our Monthly Market Pupdate for January 2026! Riggs has been slacking on his market stats, but I'm working on it. Not a ton of change from 2025, the market is still steadily moving along. A lot of demand for houses in the $300,000 - $400,000 range as a lot of first-time home buyers are looking to enter the market.
