Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant
Location: Regina, SK
McBids Auctioneers & Appraisers is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Regina office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer payments, providing front-end customer service, completing administrative paperwork, data entry, supporting online auction and website operations, and assisting with general office administration.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and be comfortable interacting with customers in person, by telephone, and through online platforms. The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Experience in bookkeeping, customer service, auction administration, or office administration would be considered an asset.
