I wasn’t sure if I was going to post about this project, especially since the final release has a very short timeline — until I recently helped a client look at townhomes in the same area.

We came across an older condo townhouse priced in the $500Ks. It was fully renovated and beautifully updated, but the maintenance fee was close to $1,000/month.

That made me think:

💭 If you’re already considering a renovated resale home in the $500Ks, would it also make sense to compare it with a brand-new home?
