We are thrilled to announce that Horizon Health Network’s Tantramar Primary Health Care Centre is coming to the ground floor of The York at 24 York St. 🏥

This expansion means more space, more services, and more access to care for our growing community. We’re proud that The York will become the future home of this health care centre, serving our community and residents for years to come.

Big news, Tantramar – we’re growing! 🎉

Horizon’s Tantramar Primary Health Care Centre will be expanding into a new and bigger clinic space, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the news. Check out this sneak peek of our future home, The York Building.

Once work is complete, the clinic will be located on the ground floor at 24 York St. (the former Bloom’s Flower Shop location).

What does this mean for our community?
• More clinic space (about 10,000 sq. ft.)
• Ability to expand primary care services
• Recruit more health professionals
• Welcome more unattached patients

🛠️ What’s next? Space planning and preparations will begin shortly and are anticipated to take 12–16 months to complete.

🔔 The current Tantramar Primary Health Care Centre, located at 2 Main St., will continue operating as usual, with no service interruptions, while the new space is being prepared.

Nous sommes très heureux d’annoncer que le Centre de soins de santé primaires de Tantramar du Réseau de santé Horizon déménagera dans un nouvel espace plus spacieux. Jetez un coup d’œil à notre futur emplacement, le York Building.

Une fois les travaux terminés, le centre de soins sera situé au rez-de-chaussée du 24, rue York (l’ancienne adresse du magasin de fleurs Blooms).

Qu’est-ce que ce déménagement représente pour la collectivité?

The York is a new upscale residential development in downtown Sackville, New Brunswick. This modern seven-storey building features 90 residences in a variety of layouts: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom + Den, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom + Den and 3 Bedroom.

Living Convenience: Spaces and places to thrive
Residents of The York will enjoy access to a rooftop deck with great views of the area and a community room for socializing and activities. There will also be several retailers and services available on the ground floor, including a new eatery featuring a south-facing patio. The York will also offer both underground and surface parking, a keyless building entry system as well as an on-site property manager. The building will be wheelchair accessible, and pets will be allowed, subject to conditions.

The Neighbourhood: Just steps away from everything
Whether your lifestyle is very active or more laid-back, The York is perfectly situated to let you enjoy the best of everything in downtown Sackville.
