This will be a relatively inexpensive way to have disputes heard and resolved between Boards and owners.

Having sat on the CCI Board as Director of Education, I can attest to this having been in the works for a couple of decades. Normally it is not worth the cost to legally challenge Boards,but with this new service available, it will be a great way for owners to hold Boards responsible, and vice versa.

Changes to the Legislature - significant wins for the condo community. After years of advocacy, key reforms are becoming reality.
