Where does the time go? After 4 very busy years, we have made the difficult decision to retire from real estate effective June 30, 2025.

Since many of you contacted us because of our "We Love Saint John" YouTube channel, you are likely aware that we became Realtors in order to provide an honest and informative alternative to some of the high pressure sales tactics we had heard about from our viewers. However, we did not anticipate just how many people would reach out to us for help.

We are extremely appreciative of the trust our clients have placed in us and we have tried to serve everyone to the best of our abilities. As people who originally moved to Saint John in 2018 to semi-retire, we feel now is the right time to return to that goal.

We have dealt closely with many Realtors over these years, and through these interactions we have found a very small group of colleagues that we trust and feel work in the best interests of their clients, just as we have done.
