Hello friends, family, clients, and fellow contractors. My name is Ryan Rivard,
owner of RAFD Limited.

Since starting my business in 2023, I’ve been proud to offer quality workmanship across the Algoma District. Many of you already know how much I enjoy building, it's something I’ve put my time, energy, and heart into for years.

RAFD Limited focuses on project management and property development, with a strong foundation in hands-on carpentry. I take pride in managing each job from the ground up, staying involved in every detail to make sure the work is done right. For now, I’m keeping things small and local, working mostly on private residential builds and smaller commercial projects.

Services include:
New builds: small homes, garages, shops, sheds, camps, additions and saunas.
Outdoor structures: decks, gazebos, Pergolas, fences, and docks

General carpentry:
Concrete prep: digging footings, grading, installing sono tubes, concrete forming, underlayment and rebar grids.
Framing: rough cut or graded lumber, sheeting,
post and beam timber frame builds.
Closing in: weather proofing, window and door installation.
Interior prep: Insulation, v***r barrier, drywall installation.
Interior finishing: millwork, mantels and trim.
Exterior finishes: siding, soffit, fascia.
