I can’t hide it any longer… my interior stylist heart is filled to the brim 💕 2025 marks the year of my dreams coming full circle 10 years after the vision was set forward.

My first desire in 2015 when pivoting my career, from full service interior design services to property styling, was to someday style dream properties for designers ‘like in the magazines’. I had little to no styling experience or portfolio, yet my heart knew adding the finishing touches on a designed space made me the most happy. And so I began building a portfolio by way of property styling for real estate. The goal was far more than textbook staging, it was to capture the heart of the buyer with lifestyle styling. I named my company The Property Stylist for this purpose, because styling a product for sale with authenticity and intention is what captures the buyers heart as it did mine.

Fast forward 10 years and I’m literally living my dream now styling dream properties for photography for dream interior designer clients.

This epic Muskoka cottage designed by was a splendor to work on alongside an icon of the magazine styling world to make magic happen literally inside and out!

I’m glad I followed my vision & an endless pursuit to get me where I wanted to be! The view is worth the climb 😉

Installing art is part instinct and part intention.

For the primary bedroom, TPS collaborated with to land on Melanie Cheung’s large diptych that felt so calming and perfect for this space.

Small shifts can make all the difference. We explored scale, sight lines, whether to hang or lean, and how the work sits when centered or slightly off center. Each choice shapes how the room feels and how the art is experienced.

TPS brought the Major Street listing to life with intention and refinement. Working closely with the agent , we shaped every detail to support the strongest buyer experience.

To enrich the feeling of the home we partnered with to curate original Canadian art throughout the space. The pieces were selected to complement the staging and give the walls depth, character, and emotional resonance.

We also hosted an open home event that invited art lovers, neighbours, and potential buyers to genuinely experience the home. People moved through the rooms, connected with the art, and felt the atmosphere that thoughtful staging and curation can create. The energy was real and the attention it brought to the listing was invaluable.

For agents seeking an elevated presentation that feels intentional and unforgettable, this is the approach that sets a listing apart.

This weekend landed a lot different than I’d anticipated. This world lost a great man, father & grandfather.

A letter to my dad, my rock & guiding star.

You deserved more time. I’m sorry your body couldn’t keep up with your heart, with your pace, with the way you were always giving so much of yourself to everyone else.

You gave me so many reasons to grow. You encouraged every dream, no matter how far-fetched. You were my safety net, my champion, and when I fell— too many times to count—I never hit the ground, you never tired of encouraging me to keep looking up.

You loved your family so deeply, you stayed as long as you could to enjoy the company. I know you worried about how we’d do without you. But we’ll be okay, Dad. Because you left us with so much strength. So much story. So much of you.

I hope you know how deeply you were loved. How appreciated you were. I hope you can see how much you meant to us, and how much we will miss you—every single day.

I just want you to be happy, Dad. So, so happy.
And I hope you know: we’ll carry you with us. Always.

Welcome to our 🏠 This beautiful Riverdale oasis had the potential for heaps of character with its blank but rich canvas! We harnessed this with an economical glow-up in the kitchen adding fresh vintage inspired hardware, accented this with the charming new pendant lights over the island from & swapped out the countertops to a warm quartz. The TPS styling team then added dimension to the canvas, pulling inspiration from the character of the home to create an inviting, calming spaces throughout. And tada! Sold in no time for a new family to enjoy a move-in ready home.
