Yes, the sale process is underway, but hereā€™s what hasnā€™t changed ~weā€™re open, weā€™re booking, and weā€™re taking on new projects right now and through the fall. If youā€™ve got a property that needs to shine this season, weā€™d love to hear from you!

A little update from the other side of a big decision āœØ

Less than a month ago I shared that Iā€™m passing on the torch of The Property Stylist. Your response to this announcement blew me away. TrulyšŸ„¹

This company has expanded so many personal horizons over the last decade, working with hundreds of families and more late-night warehouse trips than I can count.

Iā€™ve enjoyed dozens of conversations with buyers who see the value in stepping into a refined, turnkey operation. Iā€™m being intentional about who carries this next, this isnā€™t a fire sale. Itā€™s a thoughtful transition, and Iā€™m trusting the process even when patience isnā€™t my favourite.

While this chapter closes, Iā€™m already lit up for whatā€™s next: returning to design work with a sharper eye and something bigger Iā€™m building that I canā€™t wait to share with you soonā€¦

Since sharing that The Property Stylist is moving into new hands, Iā€™ve been getting the same questions over and over ~ so I want to answer them here, for everyone. šŸ¤

Will it still have that curated, elevated aesthetic youā€™ve come to expect? Will it keep the name? Will it stay in the same warehouse? What happens to the clients weā€™re serving right now?

When something youā€™ve built (and something people have trusted) starts to change hands, the unknowns feel big!

Hereā€™s what I can tell you: my mission through this entire process has been to protect what makes The Property Stylist The Property Stylist. The systems, the standards, the eye for detail. NONE of that is up for compromise. Iā€™m being intentional about who takes this on, because I want the brand you know and love to live on, not just survive the transition.

More details are coming as things solidify, but I wanted you to hear it from me first: this isnā€™t an ending. Itā€™s a handoff, done with care.

After a LOT of soul-searching, sleepless nights, and more than a few tears, Iā€™ve made one of the hardest decisions of my life ~ Iā€™m selling The Property Stylist šŸ¤

Ten years of curating, styling, and pouring every creative bone in my body into transforming spaces into something truly special.

This journey has been the most unexpected teacher.
Running a creative business didnā€™t just shape spaces, it shaped ME! The confidence I didnā€™t know I had. The resilience I built project by project. The voice I found when I finally trusted my own eye.

Iā€™m going to miss so much. The thrill of walking into an empty room and seeing its potential before anyone else could. The quiet joy of a reveal that left clients speechless. The incredible humans, the vendors, the movers, the realtors, the clients who became part of my world.

Sometimes the right decision and the easy decision are two very different things. And this is the right one.
