Phase 2 is underway! Between blasting the trucks are taking away material to ensure the lots will be ready in the near future. It was important for us to have the blasting and major hauling completed before everyone in phase 1 moves in.

This will ensure a smoother move in process as new neighbours start adding to the community❤️ 🏡

Currently there are 4-5 building permits in with the municipality awaiting approval. I can’t wait to see how Nickson Way shapes up Spring/Summer 2023😀 -zone
