My wife always laughs at me when I play my cards right and I “Pump and Dump” 😅📈💰

“With a potential Federal election in the near future, how will new Federal policy changes to the real estate sector affect the Alberta real estate market?”

I’ve been asked this question a lot, so here are my thoughts.

“Federal policy changes, we don’t even know what they are yet… BUT… Alberta will likely see the least impact if any at all. Some of the policy changes that have been talked about, I can foresee the Alberta market balancing out to a normal market… which is a good thing.”

While the rest of Canada adjusts their swinging pendulum, Alberta will remain the benchmark for affordability and balance.

Let’s be real: 2024 was a whirlwind year, and property values soared! 📈💥

Here’s what happened to one of my clients:

They couldn’t find the “perfect” house early in the year, so they waited... and waited. ⏳ While they waited, house prices jumped by $50,000. 💸 By the time they were ready to buy, they had no choice but to abandon their dream of an acreage and settle for a home in town instead 🌳🏠

❗5 Big Mistakes That Push Buyers Out of the Market:

1 - Chasing the “perfect” house. Instead of finding a great home you can make your own, you wait too long, and prices jump out of reach. 🚪🏃‍♂️
