NOW HIRING – SEASONAL OUTDOOR CLEANER

Commercial Property Services Inc. is seeking a reliable seasonal cleaner for an outdoor contract in St. John’s.

Position Details:
• 20–25 hours per week
• $16.50 per hour
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Training and uniform provided
• Outdoor work in the fresh air

Duties Include:
• Changing garbage and recycling containers
• Cleaning washroom facilities
• General grounds cleaning and upkeep

Requirements:
• Minimum 19 years of age
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle
• Dependable and able to work independently
