Rosemary Heights Elementary is ranked 111th out of 932 BC schools with a Fraser Institute score of 8.1. Grandview Heights Secondary just had a 500-seat expansion approved by the province. Detached homes run $1.4M to $2M. Townhomes from $750K to $1.1M - newer, larger, and well-built.

Grandview Corners and Morgan Crossing put groceries, restaurants, and everyday amenities within walking distance. The Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre is one of the best swimming facilities in Metro Vancouver.
If you are looking at South Surrey and have not seriously considered Grandview Heights - it belongs on your list.
