South Surrey / White Rock Local:
I grew up in South Surrey/White Rock, went to HT Thrift Elementary and graduated from Semiahmoo Secondary. After a move to Vancouver, I’m back home, involved in the community and living close to friends and family once again. Being back feels great and allows me to know the pulse of the local housing market and which properties will work best for my clients. Favou
rite hobby:
I’m a bit car crazy about Volkswagens and vintage cars. I attribute it to my close friends, rebuilding engines, performance upgrades and reading car repair manuals front to back when I was a teenager so I could learn how things work. It’s a passion that has never left. Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Skill Set:
I studied Business, Marketing and the Arts at Kwantlen Polytechnic University before transferring to BCIT where I completed the Marketing Communications/Direct Response program. After graduating I transitioned into a job working for the City of Surrey Parks and Recreation Department and then onward to Landlord BC. Landlord BC is where I helped residential rental property landlords navigate Arbitration Hearings with tenants and the Residential Tenancy Act of BC. Fast forward 5 years and I shifted to Advertising Sales working for TheBlock Lifestyle Magazine and the well-established WE Newspaper in Vancouver. From before I could drive, there was an incredible passion for automotive design and mechanics. Audi was the next step. For nearly a decade, I built a loyal clientele, achieving Canada's #1 and #2 Service Consultant rankings. This provided a place on Team Canada to compete in the World Championships of Audi Service and Technology. One of the rewards of hard work was driving high-performance vehicles on world-class race tracks in California, Spain, and Germany. Why did I become a Real Estate Professional? After I graduated many years ago, I purchased my first home. Eventually, I moved forward and sold it as well. Fast forward a few years and a few more properties, I decided to help other people take steps forward in their lives. I realize the value of real estate and what a large part it is in our lives. It’s a home; a sanctuary and an investment in our future.
