Job Description:
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our crew. This is a hands-on position with varied work that changes day-to-day. Tasks may include:

Demolition work (interior/exterior)
Seagull control and rooftop access
Grass cutting and groundskeeping
General property maintenance
Construction and repairs
Warehouse work

Requirements:

Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
Willingness to work outdoors
Must be dependable and punctual

Wage & Advancement:

Entry-level positions start at $20/hour
Higher pay available for experienced workers
Opportunities for advancement based on performance and skill

Qualifications:
-Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
-Strong work ethic and reliability
-Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-Previous experience in general labor or maintenance is a plus, but not required
