I’ve been herring a lot about this seafood place so went to check it out.

🍤 Food is great, very tasty, and large portions!

👍🏻👍🏻 The service was outstanding! Nour, in particular, was great at explaining the menu, making recommendations, and warning us that it could get messy. She even helped me roll up my sleeves after I had started digging into the mussels so that I wouldn’t get my shirt dirty.

📱 And it’s likely the most restaurant in Mississauga!

Opportunity is knocking!

📸 Snapshot of the current in . Supply was up again month over month, this time by 39% from March to April. Despite this increase in supply, the number of sales (demand) fell by 32%. This balancing of the market started in February and has now brought some much needed relief to home buyers!

✋ Don’t get me wrong, the market is not crashing. We are still in a seller’s market. It has just become a little easier for people to buy as bidding wars have calmed down. If you were waiting for an opportunity to buy, this is it! This slower period may not last long.

💲 The average selling price dropped only slightly month over month by 1% so sellers are holding firm. We will probably stay at this level until the next surge.
