A look inside this beautiful custom living room by Refine Custom Homes . We love how every finish works together to create a space that feels warm, elevated, and completely cohesive.
The contrast of the dark cabinetry against the medium-toned wood floors adds depth without making the room feel heavy, while the plaster walls bring in that soft, organic texture. **Why a 10” backsplash? Because the faucet changed everything.**

At Project Kean Hill, the wall-mounted faucets meant a standard backsplash height just wasn’t going to cut it. We extended the stone to 10” to properly frame the plumbing, protect the wall, and make the whole detail feel intentional — not like an afterthought.

It’s these small design decisions that make a custom home feel truly considered.
