Shelley Weichel joins us with 30+ years of work experience in various aspects of Real Estate. Her background includes, Real Estate Law, Hall of Fame awards with top tier brokerages, managing a high net worth real estate office, writing educational programs, coaching new and experienced sales professionals and organizing teams to operational excellence.

Shelley looks forward to returning to what she loves - helping people become educated and offering a custom approach to real estate. “Every client, every situation and property are unique, there is no one size fits-all approach” Shelley says. “That, together with listening to the clients needs and wants is the key to a successful outcome”.

With Shelley’s Real Estate connections in the GTA and knowledge of Wasaga Beach and Simcoe County, she is able to utilize her experience and bring a connective approach to marketing; ensuring that her clients receive the best advantages from multiple markets.

With a Senior Real Estate Associate designation, Shelley has been trained in the unique needs of our senior population and understands the importance of patience and providing a collaborative approach with both family and other professionals.

Almost 30 days in, and questions about the New Ontario Standard Lease remain. Was it the right remedy or do we still need more? My experience is showing that traditional schedules with additional clauses are still necessary for clarity and protection. Good article of opinion below from a paralegal on the matter.

The standard form lease tries to be all things to all people and ends up being suitable for no one. Because it tries to be generic enough to fit all tenancy situations, it ends up fitting no tenancy situations.
