My clients were anxious to capitalize on today’s booming Toronto real estate market and sell their investment property as quickly as possible but there was one slight problem - they had a tenant living in their property and therefore it was physically impossible to stage the property with the tenant there. The tenant’s furniture was also not optimal for photos. Furthermore, the tenant would not be vacating the premise in the immediate future. I therefore suggested a creative solution to make their place look the best it possibly could, without compromising the tenant’s current living situation. I suggested virtual staging. Virtual staging involves digital manipulation of photos. In this case we had to edit and remove some sort of the existing furniture and supplement it with virtual furniture. Take a look at the before and afters.

After taking my clients on a short real estate stroll through Toronto’s real estate market, we observed the frenzy of the current market - with homes selling with over 10 - 20 offers each & prices up by well over 20% since November! ..so I decided it was time for some super VIP red carpet treatment. No more waiting in lines. No more crowds. I was taking them straight to the front.
I went through my database of off-market listings and found them a home that was NOT available on MLS and was not available to the general public. I helped them jump the queue AND I successfully removed all competition from their path. After all, my clients are amazing! They deserve the best.
