A staging must: clear everything off of kitchen counters, especially for professional photos. The only items that should remain are items like attractive cutting boards and small “staging props” and greenery. Everything else looks cluttered and limits the amount of useable counter top space visually. Yes, this means your toaster too. We are selling your counter top, backsplash and appliances not your kettle and pancake flippers. 😄 Staged by

My dining room now and the 2nd photo I took when we first looked at our now home before purchasing. Over the 5 years we have updated it to our taste and lifestyle (no upholstered chairs when we have young kids!) We added built-in’s that match our kitchen cabinetry that are great for storage. A new curtain rod and simple white curtains frame the window and add interest. Our dining table is 15 years old but the chairs are new and update the look of our dining room. (They are recently bought from Pottery Barn)
Art, neutral decor and of course greenery finish off the look. Ceiling light from Wayfair.

One of my favourite stages to date. This brand new, luxury home with all the finest finishes was a treat to stage. This home was so fun to stage and was clean and beautifully maintained. Scroll ➡️ for the after photos plus 3 before photos showcasing the dramatic changes that Removing & moving furniture IS a lot of work, no doubt. But the kitchen table being moved into the dining room to make way for an island was soooo worth it for the effect it has on showing the size of the kitchen.
