There’s nothing better than a Sunday reset!

After an amazing week with our granddaughters full of swimming, country fairs, bowling, movies and the zoo I took Saturday off and rested. Today I spent the day cleaning my main floor and it feels good. Going back to work tomorrow, knowing that my kitchen is clean, fresh flowers on the table.

Thursday is my day to work from home and I love it because I get to sit in my comfy chair in my office with my Diet Coke and look through some of my favourite design books on my lunch.

This book I got for my birthday. The Art of Antiquing in France and it is absolutely wonderful book full of great information about how to antique where to antique how to care for items when you get them and my dream is to go on an antiquing trip through France.

That is a bucket list item for me in my life. In the meantime I’m just going to enjoy this book covered to cover.

My garden mind never stops scheming on how I can expand the garden make it bigger.

A different vantage point sitting at the back of the garden then usually on the deck looking out at all I can see is the gap at the fence.

I need to fill that gap I need it. It’s not a want it’s a need..
