❄️ Snow Update - March 17th ❄️

A surprise storm rolled in overnight, bringing more snow than expected. As of 6:00 a.m., we have approximately 6–8 cm on the ground, with heavy drifting in some areas due to wind 🌬️

While this wasn’t in the forecast, our teams have been called in and are ready to clear your driveways throughout the day 🚜

Service Update:
Operators will begin first passes at 9:30 a.m. ⏰
Shovel teams will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Routes may be slightly delayed today due to this unexpected event, but crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to get everything cleared ⚠️

We are still awaiting confirmation from the City regarding grader operations and will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available 🏙️

City Parking Ban: No parking ban at this time 🚫🚗

❄️ Snow Update – March 14th ❄️

Good Morning!

Snow began building momentum late last night, and as of 4:00 a.m., we have approximately 8–10 cm on the ground across the area. Strong overnight winds have caused drifting, making exact measurements difficult in some spots.

🌨️ Snow is expected to continue through the late morning hours.

Crew Schedule Today:
🚜 Operators will begin first passes at 6:00 a.m.
● Shovel teams will begin at 9:00 a.m.

At this time, we are still waiting for confirmation from the City regarding grader operations. We’ll provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.

❄️ February 21st Storm Update – Overnight Snowfall❄️

Good morning!

Tonight’s storm arrived a bit later than expected, with flurries beginning around 6:00 p.m. Once it got going, snowfall intensified quickly. For several hours, rates reached up to 3 cm per hour, leading to significant accumulation and drifting.

As of 2:00 a.m., totals are difficult to measure precisely due to drifting, but we’re seeing approximately 9–15 cm across our service area.

🚜 Service Update:
• Operators began their first pass at 3:00 a.m.
• Shovel teams will begin at 6:00 a.m. to complete walkways and detail work

We do expect the City to deploy residential graders, likely starting around 8:00 a.m., although we have not yet received official confirmation. As always, our operators will follow behind graders to clear any windrows left in driveways.

We’ll continue monitoring conditions and provide updates as needed.

❄️ February 10th Snowfall Update ❄️

Once again, today’s forecast didn’t quite match reality. Earlier reports were calling for several hours of heavy snowfall (up to 2 cm per hour) with totals near 15 cm. Instead, the system has underperformed, and we’re now expecting to finish closer to 7–9 cm.

The bulk of the snow should wrap up around 9:00 p.m., with only occasional flurries continuing through the evening.

Tonight’s Service Plan:
Shovel teams will begin at 9:00 p.m.
🚜 Operators will start midnight, completing an initial pass overnight

🏙️ City graders are anticipated around 4:00 a.m.
➡️ Our crews will continue working through the morning to follow behind graders and clear windrows as routes are completed.

Our goal is to have an initial cleanup done before morning and to stay on top of conditions as City operations continue.

Good morning! ❄️

Flurries began last night and increased during the early morning hours. As of 4:00 a.m., we’re measuring approximately 6 cm on the ground, with drifting in some areas due to higher winds. Flurries may continue on and off until around 7:00 a.m.

Operators begin at 5:00 a.m.🚜
Shovel teams will follow at 6:00 a.m.

At this time, we are below the City’s threshold, so we don’t expect graders on residential side streets. We’ll provide an update if that changes.

❄️ January 26th Snowfall & Service Update ❄️

Light flurries began around 7:00 PM last night. While the system was initially forecast to bring close to 15 cm, most of the storm tracked south of the city. As of 5:00 AM, we’re measuring approximately 4 cm, with some drifting due to higher winds. Flurries may continue intermittently until around noon.

Our operators were already scheduled to begin at 5:00 AM, so despite the lower accumulation, crews are out this morning completing a full clean-up across all routes.

🧹 Shovel teams are scheduled to start at 1:00 PM.

🚜 City Grader Update:
City graders were planned for 10:00 AM, however due to the reduced snowfall amounts, they may cancel. We’ll provide an update once confirmed.

🚫 City Parking Ban:
Parking ban in effect from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM today.

❄️ January 22nd Snow Update ❄️

Good morning everyone!

Snow began late yesterday afternoon, with a quick burst of accumulation during the evening. A snow squall dropped approximately 3–4 cm around dinner time, followed by another ~3 cm overnight until about 3:00 a.m.

✅ Our crews are already in motion:
• Operators started cleanup at 4:00 a.m.
• Shovel teams begin at 7:00 a.m.

At this time, we are still waiting for confirmation on city grader plans. If graders are dispatched, our teams will coordinate accordingly and follow behind to clear driveway windrows as needed.

We’ll continue monitoring conditions and will provide updates as we learn more.
