Is the market shifting?

Townhome sales are picking up quickly across much of the region.

Year-over-year townhome sales are up 79% in Burnaby and 33% in both Coquitlam and Vancouver East. Smaller markets like Squamish and Port Coquitlam have also seen substantial increases in sales.

Curious how townhome activity in your area compares with the rest of the region?
