In a market that’s moving slower, we saw strong interest from multiple buyers, but also faced some tough competition from properties offering larger square footage.

Through it all, it came down to the right partnership. With great collaboration between myself, my seller, and the buyer’s agent Valerie L of RE/MAX Westcoast, we stayed focused, adapted when needed, and got the job done.
