Most agents compare brokerages by looking at one number: the split.
I think that’s only part of the equation.
When you're comparing REAL vs. eXp Realty, a better question might be:
“What am I actually getting for what I’m paying?”
Things like:
• Website + CRM
• Telelisting
• Regus / Spaces membership
• FinTracker
• Sisu
• Business technology and infrastructure
• Cloud-based systems
These are things that can have real value when you're trying to build a business—not simply close transactions.
A 100% commission model sounds great.
But what does it cost you to build everything around that commission model?
And conversely, what is the actual value of the tools and systems your brokerage provides?
I've put together a side-by-side comparison of REAL vs. eXp Realty looking specifically at the agent benefits.
👇 Take a look and tell me what you think.
If you were choosing a brokerage today, what would matter more to you: the split or the overall value?
I'd genuinely like to hear your perspective.
