Having you as my mother for 46 years has been the greatest honour and a true blessing. Your strength, beauty, and kindness always shone so brightly. I’m in awe of everything you did mom…you have always been my role model. Always❤️

Right now, it’s incredibly painful to be here without you...to accept you’re not with us in person, not living with Brody and me, not able to finally relax and enjoy a life free of stress. Caring for you brought me so much joy, and I miss that deeply. I look for you every day and talk to you always. I start each morning with the purest words I know...I love you, Mom!

The small comfort I hold onto is knowing you’re in Heaven, free from pain, restored to yourself. That thought brings me a quiet smile…

Mom, I will work hard every day to live simply and honestly, just as you did. I will think of you in the challenging moments of parenting, remembering the beautiful bond you and Brody shared and your words of encouragement and support. I’ll continue to work on patience and forgiveness. And please know that Monette, Landis, and I will stay strong together…the way you raised us to be.

I know you’re still with me, Mama Bear…just in a different way...I love you so much Mom…see you soon mom ❤️
